Qi Gong and Yin Style Baguazhang

Qi Gong is a physical practice based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, martial arts and philosophy of the I Ching. The practice uses movement, breath work and meditation to cultivate and balance Qi. Our drop in class will focus on reconditioning posture and balance, and increasing physical and emotional power and vitality. It's a physically demanding class grounded in Yin Style Baguazhang, one of the internal martial arts, so expect to sweat!
