If you have received both doses of the COVID-19 Vaccine:
Telehealth visits
If you have had symptoms or exposure and would like some herbal support, please text to schedule a Telehealth appointment. We can arrange for herbs to be shipped to you or you can send someone to pick them up.
Retail store
The retail store is open and we ask that you maintain six feet between you and others. Please maintain sanitized hands when inspecting items. If you would like information on any items, products, or vendors, please contact us via text or email and we will be happy to help. You can also place your order by phone for curbside pick up.
COVID-19 Safety Protocols
Clinic visits
- At the start of every day and regularly throughout, we wipe down all high touch surfaces in the clinic. We have transitioned to table paper, instead of linens. The vinyl tables and bolsters are wiped down between every patient and new paper put down. We use Rejuvenate disinfection products, which are hydrogen peroxide based and meet OSHA standards for bloodborne pathogen disinfection.
- When you arrive for your appointment, please sanitize or wash your hands.
- Masks are optional for patients at this time- mask policy may vary due to changes in community covid rates.
- We have changed our booking system to Jane, which will send you a comprehensive intake. Please fill it out, even if you are a return patient, so that we can have more information about you before your visit. You can opt to pay with your card on file through Jane, with Square, through Zelle (use email tigerlilyholistic@gmail.com .)
- We send each patient a screening email 48 hours before each appointment, making sure that no patient has no COVID-19 signs or symptoms, nor exposure to anyone else potentially ill during the last 5-7 days. Guidelines on this have been changing quickly, please bear with us in dealing with the shifting circumstances.
- We have reduced our patient visits so that only a maximum of four patients will be in the clinic at the same time. Each table is disinfected and table paper changed between each patient. Each table is spaced out, with HEPA air purifiers spaced through the clinic (as well as at the practitioner’s desk and at the front desk.)
- All staff is fully vaccinated.
If you have received both doses of the COVID-19 Vaccine:
- CDC guidelines state that quarantining after exposure to COVID-19 is not required once two weeks have passed since the second dose was received. We ask that you use common sense precautions and not come in when symptomatic.
- Keep wearing a mask, washing hands frequently, and do not come in if you have a fever or any other symptoms.
- We may still ask for a negative COVID-19 test result before your visit with us if you have recently reported symptoms; it's up to the clinic's discretion.
