Reiki is a method of energy healing in which a practitioner places their hands over energy centers on the client’s body in order to activate the flow of life force energy.

During and after a 50-minute session which augments the healing process, clients typically feel peaceful, and enjoy a greater sense of clarity.

Reiki can provide calm in emergencies and offer comfort during times of turmoil or illness.

During a Reiki session, stress is gently released and afterwards the client is able to resume their day with a renewed sense of optimism.

During a Reiki session, you will lie down on a massage table fully clothed while the practitioner places their hands lightly on or over your body.

A typical Reiki session lasts between 50 minutes.

The number of sessions varies based on individual needs. This will be discussed during the initial consultation.

Eloise de Leon, Reiki Master

Reiki Energy Healing/​Emotional Freedom Technique

Eloise de Leon (she/her; BIPOC) is a trauma informed wellness practitioner. She has an M.A. in Counseling and M.F.A. in Visual Arts. She has been a Reiki Master for 18 years and has expertise in a wide range of healing modalities. She studied spiritual healing with curandera, Madre Sarita; trained in energy metaphysics and was ordained a Spiritual Minister thru the Order of the Ascended Rose. She learned mindfulness directly from Zen Buddhist Master, Thich Nhat Hanh at Deer Park Monastery. Her specialty is helping people connect to their heart, soul, and spirit guidance for how to navigate challenges in life.

Ayana Davis

Reiki Energy Healing

Yaya (she/her) is a practicing healer and wellness advocate. She received her prenatal yoga teacher certification from Juniper Yoga + Healing Arts and completed her 200hr yoga teacher training at New Love City in Greenpoint. She teaches in person classes at The Corner Yoga and Solid Gold Yogi in Williamsburg. She received her Reiki level 1 and 2 certifications from Brook Albrigo Shamanic Healing and her health coach certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Yaya is trained to work with the vast majority of conditions, but her sweet spot is typically folks looking to work on their mental and behavioral health, from stress relief to PTSD and trauma support.
