I have been avoiding answering the phone because honestly, I just can't keep up. I need to finish the intake forms for tomorrow, so I can't handle individual communications right now, but here is the info I can share as of right now:
We will be opening on a very limited schedule as of right now. We will be slowing down our patient frequency so that all patients' heads will be around 10 feet apart from each other with a HEPA air filter + UV placed approximately 4 feet from each persons head. Only three patients will be getting treatment at any given time. We will have a small break every three patients in order for a thorough cleaning each turn over of treatment table. Treatments will be limited to one hour in duration. (If you prefer to rest for less time, of course that is fine!) We will necessarily be more strict about treatment start time, and we will not be able to have anyone hanging out in the waiting area longer that is necessary to check in and out. (If you prefer to pay online, we can send you an invoice.)
We will be requiring masks to be wore at all times by everyone present. When you come in, you will be directed to either wash your hands or use hand sanitizer, and then to directly go to a treatment table.
Patients will be asked to fill out a new questionnaire in Jane app. Please take your time filling it out, even if you have been coming in for years. It will make our transition to the new system easier.
Finally, due to enhanced safety measures, we are raising our sliding scale to $60-80, maintaining the new patient paperwork fee of $10. I realize this will create a barrier for some, and I would encourage those to check out our online options. A few of our practitioners are offering herb consults and I will be opening up guided acupressure and self-care sessions as soon as next month.
